About Me
“My goal as a therapist is to support you in living as your most authentic self. In a world where social media and society places extreme value on our exterior, I want to help you get reacquainted with the interior.
I approach therapy with openness, authenticity, and humor. This will be a non-judgmental space for you to grow at your own pace.”
